Search your heart and pray as the Spirit leads
Abba Father, we praise You for being our Omnipotent, Omniscient and Omnipresent God.
There is so much uncertainty in this Pandemic season. Our hearts go out to those travellers who are stuck in foreign lands. We want to lift them up in Your sovereign care and comfort. For those who are feeling unwell, would You please heal and soothe them? Father, send them the necessary support or help. Please keep them safe and not let their infections become complicated. For those who are well, please sustain them together with the unwell – in body, mind and spirit as they struggle with homesickness, isolation or loneliness. Their finances will be draining by the day and their lodging may be affected. Would You please establish a connection for them to receive adequate help? For those who desire to fly home, please open the doors so that they can return safely and quickly.
We also pray that the family of these affected travellers will be comforted by Your Word that says Your arm is never too short to save, as You hear their cries and concerns. Lord, constantly assure them through this storm that You are their beacon and their song in the night.
We are thankful that where and when we cannot be with our loved ones, we can always trust that You are with them. For You are Omnipresent, powerful and all-knowing. Thank you for listening to our petitions in Jesus’ most precious name. Amen!
