From A Shepherd’s Heart (22 Apr)
By Senior Pastor Oh Boon Leong
On Wednesdays, we take a break from the prayer guide and hear from one of our pastors.
Dear brothers and sisters in the Lord,
More than 2 weeks of the circuit breaker (CB) period have passed. We feel helpless, because we’re not running the world. We’re no longer in control. Activities have ceased. Things grind to a halt. Then it occurs to me: this CB period feels more like a Sabbath: ceasing from trying to control to centering on God who is in control, ceasing from a relentless acquiring and accumulating to a gentle releasing and sharing.
I’d like to share with you the following poem by Lynn Ungar for your reflection:

What’s on your heart today?
