Have you made a Lasting Power of Attorney?
Dr Kua and Mr Koh have worked together to enlighten many in our churches on this key topic. Dr Kua will focus on the common causes and signs of dementia. From the 25 years study of the elderly in the NUH Memory Clinic, there is hope that some types of dementia can be prevented. Come and learn more. Also, learn from Mr Koh how you can make a Lasting Power of Attorney so that if you should ever lose your mental capacity, you will have in place a proxy decision maker who can decide on important matters such as your welfare and finances on your behalf.
