Church Camp 2021

Register by 15 May!

How will a decentralised church camp work? Whose homes will we go to? How much does it cost? Will there be a special kids’ programme? For your questions answered and more, watch this video!

Church camp returns this year – decentralised! Look forward to forming deeper relationships in cosy Carmelite homes. Group discussions and games will be done within small groups and the sermons will be delivered live via Zoom.

Learn about discipleship together as Dr Desmond Soh preaches on selected passages in the Gospel of John. Through our worship, listening, and prayer, may God transform us to be faithful fishers of men, eager to “go fishing” for Him as one church with the same love, in one spirit and of one mind – even as we experience camp apart.

Dates: 18-21 June 2021
Cost: $35 for adults and youths; $25 for children.

Frequently Asked Questions

1) How will this year’s camp be different?
It’s the first time we’re having a decentralised church camp in homes! Sermons will be delivered live via Zoom. It will not be an overnight camp. If you can host a group in your home, please let us know in the registration form!

2) Do I need to take leave for camp?
For the full church camp experience, do put your work aside and fully participate in the camp with brothers and sisters who have similarly made time to fellowship with you. You won’t regret it! Each day’s programme will begin in the morning and end after dinner.

3) Will there be a special children’s programme?
Yes! All children of families at the church camp will join the Everest Vacation Bible School (VBS), to be held on 18, 19 and 21 June from 9am to 1pm (with lunch provided). On Sunday, 20 June, the children will attend their usual Sunday School lessons on Zoom. Registration details and more FAQs pertaining to VBS are found on At lunch time each day, parents will fetch their children to join them for the afternoon and evening programmes.

4) What does the church camp fee cover?
It will cover each camper’s camp T-Shirt, printing of booklets, and one meal. The cost will not cover transport costs and daily meals for campers except for the Gala Night dinner on 20 June. Please bring your EZ link card with $10 loaded.
